A lighter card, at lunch
Restaurant

Every dish carries its own calorie count and a line of active ingredients printed beneath it — the nutrients the kitchen means to put to work, not just what's on the plate.
It reads closer to a wellness programme than a restaurant menu.
The card runs wider than its plant-based reputation suggests, into a section of Asian-leaning small plates — dumplings, a sushi platter, dim sum — alongside the soups, bowls and flatbreads. Meat appears sparingly, built into a handful of dishes around lean protein rather than as the main event.
The drinks list runs wider too: a milkshake and a turmeric latte sit alongside the juices.
