In the Arcade, Chinese regional cooking under a petalled ceiling

The ceiling is handcrafted from hundreds of pleated white paper petals, hung over a dining hall finished in soft blues and earth tones against a gold-leaf mural wall.
The whole design is built around the Chinese creation myth of Pangu. A private cocktail bar off the entrance is designed to read as a living room rather than a bar, poured for guests before they sit down to eat.
Beyond the seasonal set menus, live seafood is priced at the market rate: Boston lobster, green bamboo Asian lobster, geoduck and whole garoupa, each offered in several cooking styles, chosen at the table.
