Of these 16 grades, 9 exist twice: once facing the Creek, once facing the city. The two are otherwise identical — same square metres, same furniture, same bathroom, same bed. What the Creek side gives you is water: a flat green channel that turns bronze at 6 and black by night, with the far bank lit along it.
The city side looks over the Jaddaf Waterfront and the towers behind it. Neither is the better room. It is only a question of what you want out of the window.
The step that matters here is not size.
Superior Versace Room City View is 110 square metres and does not include the ORO Lounge.
Junior Suite City View is 95 square metres and does — and from there upward every grade comes with a butler around the clock, the lounge, a spa credit, a welcome bottle, and airport transfers on stays of 3 nights or more. If the lounge and the butler matter more to you, take the smaller room. If floor area does, the Superior grades are the best value here.
Here, 3 grades have a private outdoor room rather than a balcony.
Deluxe Versace Terrace City View adds 20 square metres of walled roof terrace to a 50-square-metre room — loungers, a low table, lattice screens.
Grand Suite Terrace City View and Grand Suite Terrace Creek View each add 120 square metres, nearly as much space outside as in, with a dining table and sun loungers. In this climate a terrace is worth having between November and March and an ornament in July. Book one for the winter.

Family Deluxe Versace City View Suite and Family Premier Versace Creek View Suite each put a suite and a room together, at 140 to 150 and 180 to 200 square metres. All 4 have 2 bathrooms, a door in the middle that shuts, and a longer cancellation window than the rooms below them. If you are 4 adults, or 2 adults with 3 children, these are the only grades here that will take you.
Signature Suite and Imperial Suite have one rate each: non-refundable, charged in full at booking, where every grade below them can still be cancelled. Everything else about the 2 is exceptional.
