It is easier to describe this by its plan than by its furniture. The lower level runs an entrance hall into a lobby with a curved staircase at the centre of it; off that are a kitchen, a dining area, a living area and a majlis along the water side, a library and study, a bar, and a billiard room and multi-purpose room across the back. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with a king, a work desk and a walk-in wardrobe. There is a private gym and a sauna. That is 1,200 square metres, or roughly 6 Deluxe rooms and a corridor.

The reason to take it is outdoors. The suite has its own roof terrace with a rectangular pool and a round jacuzzi in pale stone, a colonnade with a slatted awning down one side, loungers under it, and 180 degrees of Dubai Creek and the city past the balustrade. It is on the highest floor of the building and nothing overlooks it, and it holds 6 people across 2 bedrooms, so the emirate's Tourism Dirham is charged twice a night rather than once.
