There are 2 buildings here, plus a pair of villas. Palm Beach Mansions are the low houses on the sand: arched doors onto a patio or a balcony, the water a few steps away, and every private-pool suite in the resort. Manor House sits in the middle, looking over the gardens and the grand pool, and holds the 2 largest suites.
Beachfront Premier Room and Palm Manor Premier Room are exactly the same size, and the beachfront one costs a good deal more. What you are paying for is the sand.
Every room and every one-bedroom suite here takes 4 guests, of whom at most 3 may be adults — from Beachfront Premier Room and Palm Manor Premier Room at 65 square metres, up to Grand Palm Suite at 250. Size does not raise that ceiling; the bed does. A king caps the room at 3 people, twin and double-double beds at 4. So a family of 5 needs 2 bedrooms or a villa, and 4 adults travelling together need a villa.

Palm Beach Mansions has 2 suites that come both ways, with a private pool or without.
Beachfront Junior Suite is 100 square metres, with a garden patio or a balcony.
Beachfront Junior Suite with Pool is 120, and the pool is a proper rectangle of water on your own terrace, not a plunge.
Beachfront Executive Suite is 130.
Beachfront Executive Suite With Pool is 150, with a sun deck and day beds outside. The pool costs a good deal more either way. Take it if you will be in it before breakfast — the 3 resort pools are excellent and closer to everything else.
Two-Bedroom Beachfront Villa and Three-Bedroom Beachfront Villa are houses of their own on the sand: 2 storeys, arcaded loggias on both floors, a long private pool in the garden, a gazebo, day beds and a hedge.
Two-Bedroom Beachfront Villa is 325 square metres and takes 6.
Three-Bedroom Beachfront Villa is 425 and takes 8, the only ceiling above 6 in the resort. Both include breakfast in the villa, afternoon delights made fresh each day, a private chef on request, garment pressing and a dedicated host. The Tourism Dirham is charged per bedroom, so a villa pays it 2 or 3 times a night.
