Suite
The first real suite, and the shape is the point: one long open room, not a bedroom with a sitting corner bolted on. The bed sits under a padded palm-leaf headboard at one end, with a bench at its foot; at the other are a sofa and armchairs round a low table, with pierced brass lanterns hanging between the two halves. One wall carries 3 tall arched windows onto fan palms and clipped hedge. The bathroom is open to the room — a deep marble tub standing on the stone floor with a long counter behind it and a walk-in rain shower alongside.
Outside is a garden patio on the ground floor or a balcony above it, and past that the palms, the sand and flat turquoise water with the skyline standing across it. It takes 4 guests at most, 3 of them adults. The Palm Manor Executive Suite is 30 square metres larger and sits in the middle of the resort rather than on the sand, so it is worth comparing the two on your own dates.
A child is 11 or under.
A guest of 4 to 11 is charged less than an adult, and half board costs more again per head. The concierge has the figures against your dates.
