Tree Pool House takes 4 and is the only one that does — 2 floors, a lounge downstairs and a master bedroom up. Children must travel with 2 adults, so a family of 4 is choosing between Tree Pool House and a pair of cottages, and nothing else. Settle that before you fall in love with a photograph.
Keemala runs up a slope, and where you are on it decides what you see.
Clay Pool Cottage and Spa Sanctuary Villa are at the low, enclosed end — a stream, forest at eye height, partial views of the resort and no sea.
Tent Pool Villa is in the trees, with the sunset coming through them.
Tree Pool House is up in the canopy.
Bird's Nest Pool Villa stands clear of it on the ridge, and is the only grade with Kamala bay in view. Higher is dearer and also more exposed; the cottage is the cool, shaded, quiet one, and some people prefer it outright.
Spa Sanctuary Villa is the same clay architecture as Clay Pool Cottage, 54 square metres larger. The extra space is not a sitting room but a retreat room with 2 treatment tables in it. It comes with a signature massage, daily wellness activities, a wellness minibar, yoga mats and a healthy in-villa breakfast. If that is not why you are coming, spend the money on height instead. If it is, nothing else here does it.
