2 set breakfasts anchor the morning — a full house set with eggs any style, and a lighter continental — before the room turns over to Thai classics, salads and sandwiches for the rest of the day.

Afternoon tea is Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini's own, the same pastry chef who leads Cafe Madeleine.

The Thai Classics section runs deep for a lounge menu — pomelo salad, papaya salad, spicy prawn soup, pad thai and pad krapow — so a guest who wants Thai food rather than lounge food is not making a compromise by staying here.
