Coffee is the serious part: a gold cappuccino of its own, gahwa arabia, a V60 pour-over, Turkish and karak. The tea list is longer still, and there is a short card of pastry to go beside either.
Afternoon tea is served in 2 places at this palace. This is one, and the other is under the dome in the lobby.
