Every grade here looks at water. The question is whether there is water you can get into on your own terrace, or only the pool everyone shares.
Of the 11 grades, 7 have a private pool: the Phang Nga Pool Room, the Phang Nga Pool Suite and all 5 villas.
The Bay Room, the Bay Suite, the Phang Nga Suite and the COMO Suite do not, though the COMO Suite has an oversized jacuzzi instead.
What separates a Bay Suite from a Phang Nga Pool Suite is almost entirely that pool. Settle it before you look at square metres.
The two families are not steps in a ladder. They are two different looks. The Bay grades are the cobalt half: a slatted headboard with blue panels, cobalt chairs, and a bathroom tiled floor to ceiling in narrow blue brick.
The Phang Nga grades are the turquoise half, with glass that slides away completely onto a terrace. The outlook is where it matters.
A Phang Nga grade is named for the bay and faces it.
A Bay Room may face the water, or it may face Cape Yamu's green hinterland, and both go under the same name.
The Bay Suite adds a separate lounge and a balcony to the Bay Room's footprint.
The Phang Nga Suite, of which there are only 3, is 164 square metres and adds a large private terrace, a pantry and a powder room.
Rates here move with the nights you choose, so there is nothing honest to show until you have chosen them. Pick your dates above and the rooms the house sells online will price themselves.

The Phang Nga Pool Suite trades that terrace for a pool deck. All 3 are one-bedroom rooms that sleep 3.
The COMO Suite breaks the sequence: 2 bedrooms, 300 square metres, a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, an oversized jacuzzi, and the tip of the peninsula to itself.
It also interconnects with Bay Rooms, which is how a party of 8 is housed inside the main building.
The 5 villas run from 1 bedroom at 170 square metres to 4 bedrooms at 650.
The Three-bedroom Andaman Pool Villa and the Point Yamu Pool Villa both have 3 bedrooms and both sleep 8, and that is where the similarity ends. The Andaman villa is 427 square metres over 2 floors. The Point Yamu villa is 458, with a service bedroom, a ground-floor terrace of its own and a kitchen upstairs.
The COMO Pool Villa sits above both: 4 bedrooms over 2 floors, a dedicated butler, and the largest private pool on the property.
