The floating tapas pavilion at dusk — a white tensile canopy lit from below, standing out on the lagoon at the end of its own deck with the water black around it.

The plates come out on white enamel with a blue rim.

Octopus with potatoes and paprika oil, padrón peppers under flakes of sea salt, green olives marinated with orange peel and thyme, croquetas dusted with cheese. Small, and ordered as you go.

The bar will also take you off the walkway. One long table is laid down the middle of the Mekhala, a boat that goes out on the lagoon at sunset, and dinner can be set outside your own villa instead, with the seafood grilled where you are sitting.
