Master Grill is the room to sit in.
A long curve of red banquette under a woven cane ceiling, olive cushions, round timber tables, and folding glass walls that open the length of it to the pool and the sea. Candles go on the tables at dusk and the doors are folded back.
The name means sound, and the music is not background here — DJs and live performers run through the day.
Away from the food there is a shop for beachwear and hats, kayaks and paddleboards, full-moon yoga and sound baths, and a space kept for children. A day pass buys a sunbed, a daybed or a cabana, and the whole of it comes back as credit against food and drink. Dress is beach casual.
