Hansha means reflection in Japanese, and it shares its roof with the bar of nearly the same name for that reason.
The chef, Arnu, treats the tasting menu here as a genuine Omakase — Japanese for 'I leave it to you' — built fresh each night around whatever is best that day, and never repeated.
The sake list runs deep rather than wide: 2 bottlings from IWA, polished down until only about a third of the grain's own weight is left, alongside a rotation from the Kanemasu brewery and a shorter shochu and umeshu list to close a meal.
