The dinner is not built from a card.
It comes as one of 4 set menus arranged in advance — a Phuket heritage spread of Thai dishes, a Western menu, and a vegetarian version of each — so a table settles the whole evening's food before it sits down rather than choosing course by course.
Both settings are the same table, moved: inside Cosmo Restaurant, or out on the pool deck under the sky. It is booked at least 24 hours ahead of the evening, whichever of the 4 menus is chosen.
