Oliveto inside: blue and terracotta banquettes set into arched alcoves, round tables between them on a bare wood floor, and lantern chandeliers hung down the middle of the room.

The kitchen does not run straight through the day.

Lunch stops at 5 in the afternoon, and the room stays closed until 7, when it opens again for dinner.

By the time the terrace reopens for the evening the light is usually going, which is why those are the tables to book ahead for.
