Miri does not close between meals.
It opens at 7.30 in the morning for breakfast and runs straight through lunch into dinner, until 10.30 at night. There is rarely an hour when the kitchen has gone quiet.
Off to the side are private dining rooms, for a group that wants the kitchen without the crowd the main room gets at breakfast and brunch. Alongside the international and Goan sections, the menu carries a lighter, health-conscious list, for the meals in between the heavier ones.
