French cooking at the top of the tower
Restaurant

The room was rebuilt in 2015 and rebuilt again for Anne-Sophie Pic's arrival, by the designers Humbert & Poyet: cream leather chairs, a pale relief sculpture the shape of a dune along the far wall, and glass on every side over the river.
It was the first French restaurant in Thailand admitted to Les Grandes Tables du Monde.
Pic is the third generation of her family to hold 3 Michelin stars, after her father and grandfather at the family restaurant in France. She calls her method Suffusion: French classicism carried through Thai ingredients.
The kitchen encourages a minimum of 3 dishes a person, and keeps a Wednesday-to-Friday business lunch and a Saturday and Sunday 4-course lunch beside the full carte. Cancel inside 48 hours and the charge is about THB 2,250 a person at lunch, about THB 4,500 at dinner.
