Céleste is a pool day before it is a restaurant.
An infinity pool sits at the sea edge with a private stretch of beach in front of it. The day comes with the sunbed. Cold shooters, fruit, ice lollies and infused water are carried round on the hour, and there is a sunglass cleaning service.
The pool day runs 10 until 7. It holds 7 people, nobody under 18, at about AED 499 a person from Monday to Thursday and about AED 599 from Friday, with about AED 200 of that back against food and drink. The restaurant itself is open to all ages.
The day comes with the sunbed.
