Come at 6 for aperitivo, which runs for an hour with Niko Romito's bar bites: focaccia with tomato, Parmigiano Reggiano and basil; toast of house-made bread with ham and Asiago; and his Bomba, fried dough with a savoury or sweet filling.
To drink, order The Bvlgari Cocktail, gin with Aperol, orange, pineapple and lime. The rest of the list is classic Italian cocktails, and simple dishes are served all day.
On Sunday there is brunch from 12.30 to 3.30, last seating at 1, with king crab on toast and scrambled eggs with sea urchin among the courses. The bar then opens as usual at 3.30.
