Palace Restaurant

The hall runs back from an entrance lounge of low orange sofas into a run of dining rooms, divided by arches carved from the same red sandstone the palace wears outside.

Hunting trophies are mounted along the walls above the tables, set on a marble floor traced in dark inlay.

The kitchen keeps close to Rajasthani cooking alongside the wider Indian and international menu served elsewhere on the property, from a fixed meal for the whole table to individual curries, grills and kebabs cooked to order. Tables are laid formally, in white linen, with a full setting of glass and cutlery for each cover.
