These walls hang 4 maharaja portraits in tribute to the dynasty behind the regiment: Sardar Singh, Sir Pratap Singh, Sumer Singh and Umaid Singh.
Dinner can also run as a tasting menu, in a vegetarian version or not, working through a sequence of small courses. The wine list mixes international and domestic labels, plus one bottled for the palace alone.
