Breakfast on the terrace comes with traditional music and the sound of birds in the gardens below.

By night the same terrace runs as a proper dinner service, lit by the palace's own lights coming on across the lawns as the sky goes dark.

The kitchen runs 4 ways from one counter: Italian pastas and risottos, a Middle Eastern mezze of hummus and labneh, a Pan-Asian list of noodles and curries, and a European grill built around lamb, duck and fish. A tasting menu runs alongside all of it, in a vegetarian version and a non-vegetarian one.
