The menu is divided by mood rather than by course.
One panel is Parsi, one is the food Bombay eats standing up at a stall, one is the comfort mains, and the grills, pastas and salads run alongside all of them.
The drinks list is longer than the room needs. Cocktails arrive in two sets, one built on garden flavours and one on classics pulled out of shape, and beside them sit flavoured coffees, milkshakes and a line of ice creams made without sugar.
What it is really for is the hours nobody else keeps. A full lunch at 4 in the afternoon and a full dinner at 2 in the morning come out of the same kitchen, cooked the same way.
