Dessert runs a similar range: a Western card of crème brûlée, chocolate hazelnut mousse and a Granny Smith apple pie with its own vanilla ice cream, set beside rasmalai and a mawa kulfi finished in rose syrup and falooda, with Newby tea and Lavazza coffee alongside.
