By day the bar sits open-sided under a pyramid roof of dark timber; after dark the same room turns blue, its square counter lit from beneath and set on its own island, bar stools ranged around 3 sides.
A library selection of spirits and liqueurs backs the bar, alongside signature Blue Bar drinks and classic, contemporary and avant-garde cocktails. The small plates that reach the counter are Vietnamese, from Blue Ginger next door.
The music runs to lounge, house and retro through the evening.
