Luxury Room is 45 square metres, with a private balcony that faces Mehrangarh Fort across the old town.

Garden Room is also 45 square metres, with its own walled garden and outdoor seating in place of the fort view. Both take 2 guests in 1 bed, and the choice between them is the outlook, not the space.

Duplex Suite is 68 square metres, a bedroom loft reached by its own staircase above a separate living room and a shaded balcony. It is built for a family or a group who want a room to spread into rather than one to simply sleep in.

Heritage Suite is 107 square metres, inside the sandstone buildings the original 18th-century haveli was restored from, rather than the newer red sandstone blocks. It has a day-bed room off the bedroom that takes a cot on request, though it is sold for 2 guests.

Stepwell Suite is 116 square metres, the only grade with a separate children's room and a kitchenette, and it takes 2 adults and 2 children. It sits directly above the 18th-century stepwell the house is named for, with the fort and the old town on every side of it.
