The 12 pillars are original to the building the Thakur raised in the 1850s, and they stand exactly where he placed them, in the original pavilion.
Baradari has done one job since then, first as his own entertainment pavilion and now as a restaurant.
What comes out of the kitchen is organic, and sourced mostly from nearby.
