The bar's own signature cocktails run to 8, all built on ecoSPIRITS, and between them they range from lemongrass and basil to a gin cocktail rounded out with coconut cream and lime.
A full alcohol-free list runs beside it: 5 separate families standing in for gin, rum, aperitif, spritz and amaretto, each under its own heading on the card.
Food runs on a narrower clock inside the bar's own hours: snacks from 11 in the morning to 10 at night, and pizza from noon until half past 9.
