Tastings and private dinners are held there, in among the bottles.

The tasting calendar runs through Antinori and Napa Valley, English wines and Italian regions, Bordeaux's left bank against its right, and champagne houses from Billecart-Salmon to Ruinart. Private wine dinners are paired by Denney with Culinary Director Simon Attridge.
