The estate splits into 3 neighbourhoods, and the names give no sign of it.
The garden villas — the Banyan Pool Villa, the Serenity Pool Villa, the Signature Pool Villa, the two-bedroom grades above them, and the Serenity Three-Bedroom Pool Residence at the top of the ladder — sit in the body of the resort among the lawns and walkways, 5 minutes from every restaurant and the kids' club. The lagoon villas sit out on the water, further away and much quieter: the Grand Lagoon Pool Villa and everything in the DoublePool hamlet.
The Spa Pool Villa is a small adults-only enclave with a lounge and dining room of its own.
The DoublePool hamlet holds 26 villas at the far end of the estate. The size on the card is the plot, not the building: 1,000 to 2,500 square metres of walled compound, with separate pavilions set about it. Each villa has 2 pools — a 15-metre infinity lap pool on the lawn, and a shallow wading pool the glass bedroom pavilion stands in, so you wake up with water on both sides.
Every one comes with a personal host and a kitchen, and every one costs a good deal more than a garden villa. Take a DoublePool villa if seclusion is the point of the holiday. Skip it if you want to walk to dinner in 2 minutes.
The Spa Pool Villa is 10 villas on their own stretch of the lagoon, and the night covers all meals, a 60-minute massage in the villa every day, airport transfers both ways and a personal host. The 10 share a lounge and a dining room called Origin, where the menu changes daily, and each villa has a spa pavilion with a massage bed under an open roof facing the water.
Almost nothing else is charged once you arrive. If you would otherwise book a treatment a day, take this instead.
Rates here move with the nights you choose, so there is nothing honest to show until you have chosen them. Pick your dates above and the rooms the house sells online will price themselves.

The Serenity Three-Bedroom Pool Residence and the Three-Bedroom DoublePool Villa take 6. Party size decides most bookings here, and no name on the list warns you: the One-Bedroom DoublePool Villa is a 1,300-square-metre compound that still sleeps 2. Settle the party before you fall in love with a photograph.
