Besides the two bedrooms and the living and dining rooms there is a study — the only one on this ladder — and a kitchenette, and outside there is more terrace than the Signature Two-Bedroom has, a whirlpool sunk into the corner of the pool, and a sala with its own roof. The private barbecue is sold specifically on this villa, and the terrace is the reason.

The bathroom runs to a twin vanity, a tub at the window and a shower out in the open air as well as one indoors. Master with a king, second bedroom with twins — 4 guests in total. Take it over the Signature Two-Bedroom if you want the study, the extra outdoor room and the larger water; take the Signature if the shorter walk matters more.
