Villa No. 4

Villa No. 4 is really two houses that can be run as one. The upper section has its own private entrance, its own pool, a contemporary kitchen and two suites with their own living and dining space, on a terrace framed by the Andaman — which means a second family, or the grandparents, can have genuine independence without leaving the compound. The main villa below sits on roughly 4,000 square metres and holds 3 more generously sized bedroom suites, all with sea views.

The main level is where the equipment is: a 25-metre private pool, a well-appointed bar, a spacious fitness room, a spa room and a steam room. The elevated ground and the oriental architecture do the rest — from here Koh Waeo sits directly offshore in front of you. The plot runs to 6,983 square metres, or 1,746 square wah in Thailand's own land measure, and it sleeps 10 adults with 5 extra beds.
