Trisara's houses are usually a collection of pavilions with decks between them, and No. 37 is the exception — the living and dining pavilion, the kitchen and both master bedrooms sit under a single roof, 610 air-conditioned square metres of a 1,630-square-metre plot. In practice that means you can move around the house in the rain and in the heat of the afternoon without going outside, which in the green season is not a small thing.

Outside, the arrangement is the familiar one: outdoor decks for lounging and dining alongside the infinity lap pool, panoramic ocean view, tropical garden all round. It has 3 bathrooms rather than the usual 2. A dedicated cook and housekeeper come with it, and it sleeps 4 adults with 2 extra beds.
