The entrance is the most theatrical on the headland — a grand staircase with water falling beside it, arriving at a formal reception and a 9.7-metre upper pool with the ocean in front. A master bedroom faces the sea from one side and a guest bedroom the garden from the other, and both open onto the pool and the oceanfront sala. The oceanfront sala faces due west with nothing built between it and the water.

A staircase drops to the main deck and the 15.7-metre infinity pool, with sun loungers, dining and living areas around it. The second master suite and two smaller bedrooms are reached by another staircase and a garden path. At the heart of that level is a large air-conditioned living and dining sala. There is a martini bar. A private chef and housekeepers cook Thai and Western, and it sleeps 6 adults with 2 extra beds for children.
