Stairs — or a private lift, which matters more than it sounds when the party spans 3 generations — go down to the main deck: 3 freestanding oceanfront bedrooms, a living and dining pavilion, and a 15-metre pool ringed by teak and manicured tropical garden, on 1,480 square metres in all. A dedicated cook and one housekeeper look after it, sleeping 8 adults with 4 extra beds.
