Villa No. 20

The Signature Villas are the two-bedroom houses on the hillside, and No. 20 is the plainest statement of what they are: a big central pavilion for living and dining, a fully working kitchen behind it, and a bedroom at each end so that two couples are never in each other's way. Everything opens onto teak. The lap pool runs the length of the deck with the sea past its far lip.

The plot runs to 1,430 square metres, which is what buys the privacy rather than the floor area. A dedicated cook and housekeeper come with the villa, which sleeps 4 adults with 2 extra beds available.
