The private entrance opens onto an 800-square-metre deck dominated by the sea, holding the master bedroom pavilion, an enclosed dining pavilion, an open-air living and dining sala, and the 20-metre pool.

One level below are two bedrooms of 90 square metres each and a further living sala that can be air-conditioned or left open to the breeze — that choice, made per day, is one of the pleasures of staying here. The plot runs to 3,283 square metres in total, with direct pathways to the beachfront. A dedicated cook and one housekeeper look after it, sleeping 6 adults with 3 extra beds.
