This is the first grade with a separate living room and the first with a pool you can actually swim in. The master has an oversized king and its own bathroom and slides open into the living space, which has its own dining area, an outdoor shower and a second bathroom of its own — and sofas that convert to a double, which is how Trisara makes 230 square metres work for a family of 4.

Both halves lead onto the teak, which is the point of the grade. A 9-metre infinity pool runs along the front, the deck is open, and the perch is high enough that the Andaman reads as a horizon rather than a foreground. There is a breakfast nook out there, which is where the day starts. Two adults and two children; one extra bed can be added.
