Ocean View Pool Junior Suite

The Junior Suites sit at the top level of the resort, which buys them the panorama — from the deck the whole bay is below you and the tree canopy runs out to the water uninterrupted. The suite itself is one large room in the Thai manner: high pitched ceiling, dark hardwood, an oversized king, a bath with the view in it, and a wall that opens along its width onto the deck. The lull of the waves reaches this far up the slope, which is a nice surprise for a grade this high.

The water is the thing to be clear about. It is a floating reflection pool — shallow, still, set into the garden canopy at the deck's edge, made for the eye rather than for lengths. If you want to swim on your own deck, the Signature Suite above this grade is where that starts. Two adults; the house does not offer an extra bed in this suite.
