Astor Suite is 40 square metres, the smallest with a separate sitting area.

Venetian Suite is 50, still without a canal view. St. Regis Suite is 60, also city-facing, and sleeps 3 rather than 2.

Roof Garden Suite is 65, on the top floor with its own terrace and a partial view of the canal.

Grand Canal View Suite is 63, the only one of the 5 that looks straight onto the water. Each of the 5 comes with a bottle of champagne on arrival.

Monet Suite is 80, with 1.5 bathrooms and a walk-in closet.

Santa Maria Suite is 62, with a terrace and its own dining area on the top floor.

Presidential Suite is 150, across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Penthouse Suite is 158, the largest room here, with 3 bedrooms, 3 terraces and its own private access floor. All 5 add a Bloody Mary ritual, a restocked minibar, a private sabrage and a 3-course dinner served in the room, once each per stay.
