Deluxe Room

The Deluxe Room is 33 square metres, and in this building the window does most of the work. One large picture window carries the whole room: it faces Humayun's Tomb or the Delhi Golf Course, and which of the two you get depends on the room, not the grade.

Inside it is the house style at its plainest — Lutyens-shaped furniture, the Tree of Life motif, teak underfoot, a king bed or a pair of twins, and blackout blinds that mean it. The bathroom is Italian marble with a full-length enamel bath and a separate shower and lavatory. A butler works this floor around the clock, which is unusual at an entry grade.
