Luxury Room

Every room here has the balcony, and this one is arranged around it: sliding glass, a step out, and the garden. A cane-backed armchair at the writing desk, louvred timber wardrobes down one wall, and 32 square metres laid out so the doors are the first thing you walk towards.

Low floors, so the view is into the canopy rather than over it: leaves at window height, and the city audible but not visible. Some people prefer it to the higher rooms and nobody should be talked out of that.
