The first room here with a separate sitting room, and the layout is better than the floor area suggests: cane chairs around a low glass table, a blue-bordered rug, and the balcony doors opening off the sitting room rather than off the bedroom. The balcony belongs to the room you sit in, which is what you want at 9 in the morning and again at 9 at night.

The bedroom sits behind it, so one of you can work while the other sleeps. It is 70 square metres on the courtyard side — the right room for a stay of more than 3 nights, and more than two people need for one.
