This is 32 square metres with a queen bed, the same as the Luxury Room above it. Nothing has been taken out of the room to make the price lower. What changes is the aspect: this balcony looks across the garden rather than down its length, and on the lower floors the canopy sits at window height.

A cane armchair, a writing desk, louvred timber wardrobes, and the balcony doors every room here has. A door you can open onto something green is the whole point of the building.
