Grand Ocean View Room is up to 81 square metres, one bedroom, floor-to-ceiling glass on the sea.

Ocean View Suite is up to 85, with a proper sitting area and 2 sun loungers of its own on a wider terrace.

Royal Ocean View Suite is up to 111, the only grade with a separate living and dining room and windows on two sides, one onto the sea and one onto the forest canopy.

Deluxe Ocean View Room is 47 square metres on the 8th and 9th floors, facing the Andaman Sea through a private terrace.

Mountain View Room is also 47, on the 6th and 7th, facing the forested hillside behind the resort instead. The lift only reaches the 6th floor, so the top storey of either room means a short flight of stairs. The size is identical down to the metre; only the outlook differs, so choose by which you would rather wake up to.

Grand Ocean View Room and Ocean View Suite both take up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Royal Ocean View Suite takes up to 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, and its king bed does not convert to twins.

Deluxe Ocean View Room and Mountain View Room hold 2 adults only, nobody more.

The 4-Bedroom Wing combines 4 Grand Ocean View Rooms into one ground-floor house, with its own terrace and a private plunge pool. It sleeps up to 12 adults, or 8 adults and 4 children, and it is the only grade here reached without a lift or a stair at all.
