Sunbeam Presidential Villa

Sunbeam Presidential Villa is a compound rather than a room: 4 independent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a round Cleopatra-style jacuzzi tub, arranged around a shared living room, a dining area that seats 10, and a kitchenette. Outside, a long temperature-controlled pool wraps around the pavilions, with a poolside bar and a seasonal open-to-sky fireplace at one end.

The villa runs to a private gym, a wellness suite with twin treatment beds, and a lounge with a pool table, plus rooms set aside for attendants or drivers travelling with the group. Round-the-clock butler service comes with it, along with a dedicated chef for private dining, and a direct entrance with its own helipad access. It is the only villa here built for a group rather than a couple or a small family, taking up to 12.
