The most private grade on the estate, and the only one built for 2 and no more. Guests come in through turquoise doors into an alfresco living and dining space, with a koi pond and a forest hammock set into it, before the villa opens onto its own infinity-edge pool with a temperature-controlled jacuzzi beside it. The bedroom faces the water, positioned so you can step from the bed straight into the pool.

The bathroom runs to Bidasar marble, a steam shower, and a second, open-to-sky shower under a nature-inspired mural. A private therapy pavilion with twin treatment beds sits off the living space, and a personal espresso machine handles the mornings. There are 8 of these villas on the whole estate, the smallest number of any grade below Sunbeam Presidential Villa.
