Anyone who has spent a week in a hotel room with somebody else's work in it knows what that is worth.

The sitting room takes 4 comfortably and 6 at a push, which makes it where the family gathers before a wedding rather than the lobby. There is no balcony. That is the Signature Suite one rung up, and the balcony is the only thing its extra 6 square metres gets you.
