The largest thing this resort sells, and the only one with its own front door onto the golf course and the Arabian Sea on the far side of it. It has 3 bedrooms — two with a king, one with two twins — 3 and a half bathrooms, a grand foyer, a living room, a separate dining room, and a private kitchen with a butler's pantry behind it. Travertine marble underfoot throughout, and it sleeps 7.

Then the things that make it a residence rather than a suite: a gym inside the villa, a spa treatment room inside the villa, an outdoor shower, a walk-in closet off the main bedroom, and a frangipani-covered terrace with a lap pool that opens straight onto the secluded Manor beach. The villa measures 450 square metres indoors, and over 670 once the terrace and the pool deck are counted.
