The Grand riad has its own way in, through the olive-tree patio, and the house opens onto a landscaped garden and a swimming pool. The ground floor is for company: a library, reception rooms, a bar and a snooker room. The decoration pairs zellige with crystal chandeliers, silk with stucco lace, and carved cedar with modern art. A lift climbs to 3 bedrooms, each with a dressing room and bathroom, and the boudoir beside the main suite can become a fourth.

The roof terrace has a second pool, a bar, lounges, a hammam, a gym and a cinema, with Marrakech spread out below. A butler runs the riad and directs its cook and housekeeper, who work from its professional kitchens and 3 staff rooms.
